Hello everyone! I've been suffering from "creative block" lately! For the life of me I could not think of anything to do for this month's assignment with the subjects we were given. Instead I found myself inspired by this patterned paper, from the Sweet Shoppe collection...
...to create something for Easter, since the first thing that came to mind was jellybeans!!! :)
I decided to alter this bunny shaped box from Hobby Lobby. I love how the Sweet Shoppe patterned papers and die-cuts brought this project to life. As you can see I covered the entire box with various papers from the collection. Then I used the Sweet Die-cut Rings to embellish the hat and the neckline of the dress. I also used flowers, leaves and the "Life is Sweet" die-cut from the Sweet Shapes sheet.
The carrots are just rolled up strips of paper, that were glued at the end. Then cut strips of velvet ribbon were hot glued to the inside of the rolled paper to create the leaves.
